People consider sugar a source of empty calories because it provides calories but any nutrients. Those calories don't have any nutritional value.
Sugar has about 15 calories per teaspoon, so having three teaspoon of sugar is the same as eating a fruit, but fruits has many important nutrients.
It's too easy to accumulate calories and get some weight with food rich in sugar, also we can have health problems (overweight, gum disease, tooth decay) with excessive sugar.
Now you know, best way to have sugar is from food that has it naturally like fruits.

Yeah sugar is good. There's a lot of it in drinks and stuff which I've been trying to not drink. Stick to something like Tea, it's a lot better for you and makes you feel great!
Naah! I used to like it. Then I read an article about it being quite harmful and I just stopped.
I used to put three teaspoons in my coffee and tea, so it took time to get used to drinking my hot bevergies with out sugar. Now it`s bee like a two years since I started avoiding sugar, I couldn`t imagine my coffee or green tea with sugar. I think it would ruin the flavour.

With the exception of my coffee and the very occasional piece of chocolate or cookie, I generally don't eat a lot of sugar in any fashion. Although, I'm not gonna lie, your picture is making me want to eat sugar cubes whole.
I stoppped eating processed food as part of my NY resolution, only sugars I eat now are in fruits/honey. Hope I don't relapse!

I remember back in 10th grade I joined the track team and our couch would make us do 100 pushups daily and If anyone couldn't do them correctly we all restarted.

I stick to my basic man food like meat bread cheese potatoes lol.
I love me some apples, grapes, bananas, grapefruit etc though. Other then fruit, my attitude on sugar is.."meh"
