A common mistake of people interested in losing weight is don't having a breakfast.
They think this way they'll reduce the number of calories in their body, but that's not true.
When you don't have a breakfast, you don't provide the body with the enough energy to start the day with strength. Also in a few hours you will be hungry, and guess what? next time you eat, you will eat a lot more because of this hunger, so that calories you where thinking to avoid, will be in your body and who knows if there would be more...
So, I want to say you today, have a great breakfast. You can eat cereals, fruit, yogurts, juices, milk, toasted integral bread... all these are good for that first meal of the day.
Now the question is, are you having a good breakfast?

I'm not having a breakfast at all almost ever, just can't bring myself to eat in the morning. Should really try to fix that though. :<
I try to have a nice breakfast everyday before work. God bless my girlfriend. She had to go little bit earlier to work ( 30 mins ) so everything is prepared if I come out of the shower. Fuck yeah :D

I'm always surprized people think this! If your gonna cut back on food intack don't eat a big dinner before you sleep! Some people are so silly though!

I eat cottage cheese and a fiber bar for breakfast every day. Protein and fiber.
Yeah a lot of people I knew always skipped it and I was just like wow your only hurting yourself but no they didn't believe me. Breakfast is so important.

Depends on my mood honestly. Generally I just have an English Muffin with some egg and bacon. Always treated me pretty well.
I like to have oatmeal for breakfast, a skim latte (same amount of calories as a glass of milk) and some fruit.
Sometimes I'll have a smoothie (home made of course) with a protein supplement.
Remember doing these in Thailand for warmups, always ends up in hysterical laughter, no matter how serious we tried to do them.
