Firsts days. Kicking out fast food!

Hi, I'm here as I promised to starting this feel-better-with-yourself project getting fit.
Firsts days we will be full of energy because of motivation of losing weight, but this motivation will be decreasing week by week till we can see substantial and visible changes on our body.

Once again I encourage you to follow me in this challenge.
At first I will be posting as I am starting from 0, but some weeks later I will post my real training every day.
Lets starting this second Sunday of the year with a quiet ride about 1 hour. Not running. Not biking. Just walk for an hour.
I'm lucky I have a river next here, so it's a good idea going there and walk for a while. You know, just for telling our body "hey, we are gonna do some changes here".
Don't forget having a light breakfast before you go walking. I mean don't have some eggs/beacon and that stuff some people eats the first hour of the morning.
As an extra, today we decide to leave fast food. But don't worry, in some punctual time we can eat some fast food as a "gift" for being constant. By now, no McDonalds/Pizzas/DonnerKebabs and so on
I will talk about feeding methods in future updates so, start moving and please, leave some comments telling your experiences !

Next update: First gym class!

I gotta say, college does wonders to eliminate any chance one would have at dietary wellness. Haha. Living next to fast food, and needing food at 3am are awfully difficult situations to rectify without caving. Good luck friend!
